Rationale for Life Cycle Insight™
Each organization has a life cycle that, if understood, allows us to predict its behavior, problems, and capabilities.  Life Cycle Insight is a survey-based diagnostic tool created to evaluate an organization’s culture, plans, processes, structures, and systems. Based on that information, Life Cycle Insight determines where an organization is in its business life cycle, and predicts some of the characteristic challenges that the organization is and will be facing given its life cycle position.

Purpose of Life Cycle Insight™
Life Cycle Insight identifies the present developmental stage of your organization and the direction in which it is moving. Organizations have different and distinctive patterns of behavior at each stage of development. These patterns provide a basis for understanding both the normal and exceptional problems of an organization, and enable an organization to predict the problems it will face in the future.

The Life Cycle Insight™ Report
The Life Cycle Insight report includes an interpretation, diagnostic summary and prescription prepared by a strategic management expert. This analysis includes:

• A complete set of graphs presenting the life cycle information;
• An analysis of the data that interweaves all of the major themes and dynamics found in the survey information;
• A presentation of the key challenges the organization is facing, and suggestions on ways to remove organizational barriers, resolve critical problems, and make other positive changes within the organization.
